You have 10 days to return any item or items in their original unopened package from date of receipt.  You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and a restocking fee of 25%.  Any special orders may not be returned for any reason.

 

 

We make every effort to pack and ship our tiles carefully and expect the same consideration.  All products that are returned need to be packages in a similar fashion as when received to ensure damage does not occur.  No credit will be issued unless products are received in good re-sellable condition.
