You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We do not stock all items on our website, so delivery times include recieving the products from our vendors as well. We can ship products anywhere in the Continental United States using the shipping methods provided. When you place an order the estimated delivery time is based upon the time it will take to leave our warehouses and does not include the actual delivery time, shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

Delivery and Damaged Shipments
Inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away.
If items are damaged on arrival an exchange will be made or credit issued.
Write down any visible damage such as a crushed box, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery.
If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material and contact our customer service department immediately.
Customers must inspect each box upon delivery to make sure they received the items they ordered.
All claims of incorrect items must be made within 5 business days.
